Ischemic gangrene of the penis in a diabetic patient: A case report

Gangrene of the penis is a rare but serious pathology. The etiologies are diverse with diabetes being main one. We report case 65 years old diabetic and chronic smoker who presented necrosis had total amputation penis. evolution was marked by development sepsis death patient.
